Psychologist – Accepting new clients.
Christina is a counsellor and psychologist who strives to provide a friendly and comprehensive service to her clients using client centred and family therapy approaches.
Christina has worked in public, private and non-government organisations, she has assisted people from a diverse range of backgrounds and all different life challenges.
She has worked as a classroom teacher, learning support teacher and Guidance Officer in different school settings. Christina is able to offer educational assessments and interventions for school aged children.
She has an interest in solutions focused interventions for young people with learning disabilities beyond a diagnosis. Christina has experience and a special interest in working with neurodivergent young people. She has developed skills in co-ordinating care teams and using multidisciplinary approaches to come up with creative solutions for her clients.
Counselling with Christina is available to children, adolescents and adults.
Schedule of Fees:
- A standard 50 – 55 minute appointment in Cairns is $175.
- A standard 50 – 55 minute appointment in Mareeba is $185.

If you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP you are entitled to a rebate from Medicare of $96.65 for up to 10 sessions within a calendar year.
